✅ Fair & Flexible Cancellations
We believe in providing flexible cancellation options. You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
1. Monthly Subscription Plans
| Timing of Cancellation | Refund / Charge | Reason |

| Within 7 days of new subscription | 100% refund | 7-day "cooling-off" grace period |
| After 7 days, before next billing date | No refund for current month, but stop auto-renewal | Fair to both parties |
| After renewal (next month started) | No refund for that month | Already in use period |
Example: If you subscribe on January 1st and cancel on January 5th, you'll receive a 100% refund. If you cancel on January 15th, you won't be charged again, but the current month is non-refundable.
2. Annual Subscription Plans

| After 14 days | Non-refundable; but can convert to monthly plan if downgrading |
Annual Plan Benefits: Even after the 14-day period, you can switch to a monthly plan for future billing if you need more flexibility. The remaining annual term is non-refundable but you'll keep access until it expires.

4. How to Cancel
Log in to your account
Access your pharmacy dashboard at ontariopharmacyfinder.ca
Navigate to subscription settings
Go to Account → Subscription Management
Click "Cancel Subscription"
Follow the on-screen prompts to complete cancellation
Receive confirmation
You'll get an email confirming your cancellation and any refund details

5. Refund Processing
- •Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- •Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- •You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
- •Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 business days
6. Data After Cancellation
After cancellation:
- •Your pharmacy listing will remain visible until the end of your paid period
- •Your account data will be retained for 90 days in case you decide to reactivate
- •You can request immediate data deletion by contacting support
- •All audit logs are maintained per legal requirements
